How much does property management cost at PADfolio?
PADfolio Property Management charges a fee of 9% of the monthly rent for full-service property management. This includes, but not limited to day-to-day management, resident communication, maintenance coordination, rent collection, financial reporting, and ongoing owner support.
If you would like your property listed through the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) by a licensed REALTOR®, the leasing/listing fee is 100% of one month's rent.
